4 Fern Way and 6 Fern Way Culburra Beach, were both sold successfully for $532,000 and $421,000 respectively, in two action-filled online auctions.

“While I had reservations at the beginning about virtual online auctions, this turned to excitement very quickly especially on the success with nearly $1 million worth of sales for Elders in a space of hours. A great result all round.  So much so, I have uploaded a third Culburra Beach property onto SoldOnline.
