Remotely located property is no match for online auction platform – delivering $90k above reserve in recent rural QLD sale.

SoldOnline’s latest auction has achieved another significant result with an expansive rural property in Queensland, selling for $90,000 above reserve.

With 74 unique ‘watchers’ for the property on auction day, six registered bidders were online to bid for Bellevue Station, a 2,673.8-hectare property in Marmadua.  With ten online bids placed, the property was sold for an impressive $1,890,000.

According to David Scholes, Founder
SoldOnline, this is another solid outcome for the vendor and the agent,
showcasing SoldOnline’s ability to turnaround great results in this current climate.

“Today’s successful online auction result is another example of the diverse range of properties we are able to sell to Australians, regardless of location, size or condition. Our technology enables agents to go far and wide to bidders who may otherwise not have had the opportunity, confidence or the inclination to participate in the
auction.”

“To have real estate agents like Clayton Smith, a 20-year seasoned veteran in regional property sales and Agribusiness, look to SoldOnline to engage in our services for his
vendor, is a great step forward for the rural property market.  More and more agents are being innovative in their approach to selling their properties and it’s clear that buyers are embracing the online convenience of remote bidding.

“I am convinced that this is the most effective way Australian property will be sold today, tomorrow and well into the future.

Listing agent for the sold Bellevue Station property, Clayton Smith, Director of JLL Agribusiness, said that SoldOnline was a very effective platform for our recent auction.

“The team were professional, knowledgeable and always happy to assist us through the entire procedure. We will use SoldOnline for future online sales. The vendor was also very happy with the process throughout.”
